I also provide nutrition advice and coaching as part of the 1-1 service which includes a nutritional assessment, macro and calorie intake recommendations, and a free recipe book to get you started on the right path to fuel your body in a healthy, sustainable and nutritious way.

1-1 Training



Training with friends or family can be a great way to exercise and has many benefits:

  • Motivation - support and camaraderie can help those who find it hard to exercise alone.​

  • Variety - circuit style programs gets you familiar with all kinds of exercises and you’ll learn proper technique.​

  • More personalised time with your trainer - training in groups of 2-4 gives me the opportunity to spend more time monitoring your progress and helping you with your form.

  • Friendly competition -  rather than work towards your own personal goals in isolation, you can measure your rate of progress, personal goals & achievements against each other. This helps you to be realistic & honest about your progression, effort & commitment!

Bootcamps are modelled on military-style training which dates back to the 1880s and was used to

  • Improve the troops' fitness

  • Push them harder than they would push themselves

  • Get them working towards a common goal

Modern versions have the same goals and use high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programs designed to work every muscle in your body to help you lose weight and get in shape.

I run Bootcamps for women and, although they are hardcore and designed to work you hard, they can be modified to suit anyone - young, old, fit, out of shape - so don’t let health issues, an injury or being new to exercise keep you from signing up.
